Data Deletion Instructions

Brandlio.io ("Brandlio") lets brands and agencies manage advertising, shopping listings, and content across connected platforms including Facebook and Instagram (Meta), Google, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon Ads. This page explains how to delete the data Brandlio holds about you, including any data accessed through these platforms.

Option 1 — Delete it yourself in the app

  1. Sign in to your Brandlio account.
  2. Go to Settings → Connections and disconnect the account you want removed (e.g., your Facebook/Instagram, Google, Microsoft, or Amazon connection). This deletes the stored access tokens and cached data for that platform.
  3. To remove your entire account and all associated data, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm.

Disconnecting a platform stops Brandlio from accessing that platform's data immediately, and the related tokens and cached data are deleted right away.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email us at support@brandlio.io from the email address associated with your Brandlio account, using the subject line:

Tell us which data you want removed (for example, "my Facebook data" or "my entire account"). We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request.

How to revoke access directly on each platform

  • Facebook: Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations → select Brandlio → Remove.
  • Instagram: Managed via the connected Facebook Business account above.
  • Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → select Brandlio → Remove access.
  • Microsoft: account.microsoft.com → Apps and services that can access your data → remove Brandlio.
  • Amazon: Login & Security / Connected apps in your Amazon account → remove Brandlio.

Revoking access on a platform stops future access, but to delete data already stored with Brandlio, also use Option 1 or Option 2 above.

What we delete and when

Upon a verified request or account deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal information and connected-platform data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, tax or billing records). OAuth tokens and cached API data for any disconnected platform are deleted immediately. Residual copies in secure backups are purged on our standard backup rotation.
